3 tips to stay healthy this winter
Stay hydrated.
Drink eight glasses of water each day. This will help keep you feeling energized and make your mucous membranes more resistant to bacteria.
Wash those hands
This is the No. 1 way to prevent the spread of germs. Wash hands with soap for 10 to 20 seconds before and after eating and after touching things others have touched (including phones and computer keyboards).
Keep exercising
It can be more difficult to obtain exercise during the dark, cold months. Set small, attainable exercise goals.
Get out there!
This is not the time to be sitting indoors. Get out there and enjoy the beautiful weather this summer.
