what does corrective exercise entail?
Aegon adapts a programme to suit individuals on a consultation basis, working on a no-nonsens pro-active approach of aetiology. (Aetiology means: "what is the cause of your problem")
This involves taking a full musculoskeletal assessment of your body which has the benefit of supporting your training by considering the correct exercise that is right for you.
Corrective exercise starts with an in-depth consultation and assessment, followed by a one to one tuition in practical corrective exercise sessions that you can comfortably achieve within your own programme - be it at home or at the gym.
